Using Cozy

You must use Cozy lawfully and only with message, contact, and account data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for reviewing answers and drafts before relying on them. Cozy never sends a message for you.

Plans and billing

• Free usage ends when its included credit is spent. Paid plans include a monthly AI allowance; they are not unlimited.
• Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Payments are processed by ModelRelay through Stripe, and your statement reads MODELRELAY.
• You can cancel from the account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Shane directly. Billing corrections and refunds are handled as required by applicable law.

Privacy and availability

The privacy page explains what stays on your Mac and what leaves for AI processing. Cozy is provided without a guarantee that every answer will be accurate or that the service will always be available. Features, plan allowances, and future pricing may change, but those changes do not alter charges already incurred.
